Our Journey the Fil-International Sterile Processing Management Association FISPMA) was founded with a dedicated mission to enhance sterile processing excellence, patient safety, infection prevention, and healthcare quality both in Philippines and beyond.

We began with the vision of bringing together sterile processing professionals, educators, healthcare workers, and industry leaders into a unified community focused on elevating standards within Central Sterile Services Department practices. Through education, collaboration, training, conferences, and professional development initiatives, FISPMA continues to nurture the growth of CSSD and Sterile Processing professionals by advocating for global best practices, international standards, and ongoing learning.

 

As the HSPA Philippine Chapter, FISPMA acts as hub for professional recognition, knowledge sharing, leadership development, and international collaboration.
